Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment in full. You will receive a notification when your order has dispatched.
Standard Shipping times vary depending on your postcode – All deliveries are shipped through the Australia Post Network via their standard satchel / carton service.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $11.99 flat rate shipping Australia wide (free shipping applied to all order over $200).
Express postage can be arranged at the customer’s request and expense – rates will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Local Collection
Local collection is available by appointment only, walk-ins will be turned away.
International Shipping
We do not offer standard International shipping, special considerations may be made if arrangement is made prior to purchase and a request is submitted in writing – fixed shipping rates will not be available for International arrangements and you will be notified of all shipping cost prior to the dispatch of goods.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Essential Clarity is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available – tracking information will be available on the Australia Post Tracking website.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at essentialclaritymelbourne@gmail.com with your name and invoice number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes – additional surcharges may apply.
Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at essentialclaritymelbourne@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
